"Soul Reflections" by Jillani Birech is a poetry collection. This is the second book from the same author I have read and reviewed. This one appears to be simple as compared to his "Haikus" collection.
The book talks about really soulful reflections of the poet at the different stages and situations of life. All poems are mostly very well rhymed and thought-provoking as well. The good thing again is to see optimism in Jillani's poems. I have been reading a lot of poetry but most of them were full of gloominess and pessimistic approach but it was refreshing to find this collection as full of "hope."
This book is recommended to all poetry fans who like to read rhymed poetry with some thinking to do instead of only dwelling in sadness. So, I shall rate it as 4 stars read poetry collection. This is interesting, simple yet meaningful rhymed poetry book for all.
